A new artwork for Sint Jansdal Hospital in Harderwijk.
A bench next to the water feature at the entrance to the hospital decorated with glass mosaics by hospital staff and visitors accompanied by Artista artist Esther Suzanne Koppe Verburgt.
The first tile was glued on the surface by one of the visitors during the art session at the open house of Sint Jansdal Hospital, on the 17th of September 2011.
The bench has a size of 3 by 1.5 meters. The depicted images are, amongst others, the birds from the logo of the hospital. The birds symbolize the coming and going of people in the hospital. The hospital slogan: 'TAKE CARE OF EACH OTHER' is prominently depicted.
During the open house at the hospital, on the 15th of September 2012, the bank was festively unveiled.
